This article will talk about the films and career of the extremely talented director, Danny Boyle. For pretty much 20 years, Boyle has been behind the helm of some fantastic movies, spanning across a multitude of genres. From dramas, to horror, to science fiction, Boyle is clearly willing to take on any kind of film, as long as he thinks he can make it work.
With out further ado, here are what I consider to be Danny Boyle's greatest films so far in his career.
The initially movie that makes the list for me is Slumdog Millionaire. If you haven't but observed this movie, you are missing out large time. In my opinion, this is one of the top films to come out in the past 10 years. Only a director as talented as Boyle can make such a brilliantly executed adore (and life) story.
A different film that absolutely makes the list for me is The Beach. This is 1 of Leonardo DiCaprio's earlier movies, but nonetheless remains 1 of my favorites. I am not sure if it is the point of The Beach, but this film closely resembles the story of Lord Of The Flies. Tilda Swinton is also awesome in this film.
It goes without having saying that any list of Danny Boyle movies has to consist of Sunshine. This is a science fiction film about a team of astronauts who are sent to reignite the sun in a futuristic world. It is each horrifying and fabulous.
One of my preferred scary movies in recent memory is with out a doubt 28 Days Later. This is one of Cillian Murphy's very first films and remains my preferred to this day. This film was so well received by horror fans that it warranted a sequel.
The last film that makes the list for me is Trainspotting. It is challenging to think that this movie was released in 1996, it is nonetheless fresh in my mind, even although the last time I saw it was in theaters.
It is clear following going through all of Danny Boyle's movies that he is a tremendous director. I cannot wait to see his future films.
